Condominiums have been our hottest sellers so far this winter, with homes coming in second. Land sales are slow right now as the land market has become saturated over the past 6-8 months. Now is a great time to buy in Big Sky, especially land!

We are, however, starting to see some resistance for some of the price points that we've hit. Condos seem to be selling the fastest this summer, with homes not far behind. Unlike last summer, when you could not get your hands on a piece of land, land is pretty slow this season.
