The Winter is in full swing now, and sales are starting to pick up again after the off-season. The snow in Big Sky was slow in coming this winter, but we've been getting quite a bit recently, and "rock skis" are no longer needed.

Condominiums have been our hottest sellers so far this winter, with homes coming in second. Land sales are slow right now as the land market has become saturated over the past 6-8 months. Now is a great time to buy in Big Sky, especially land!
