The Big Sky market is still going strong and our offices' sales volume is actually higher this year than it was last year! We are, however, starting to see some resistance for some of the price points that we've hit. Condos seem to be selling the fastest this summer, with homes not far behind. Unlike last summer, when you could not get your hands on a piece of land, land is pretty slow this season.
